IWC Portuguese Chronograph. Reference number: IW371438. Stainless steel case with a black leather bracelet. Black dial with silver-tone hands and Arabic numeral hour markers, minute markers on the outer rim hour markers. Luminescent hands and dial markers. 2 - 60 seconds and 30 minutes. Automatic movement. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Stainless steel screw-down crown. Case diameter: 40.9mm. Case thickness: 12.3 mm. Water resistant at 30 meters / 100 feet. Functions: hours, minutes, seconds, chronograph. Watch is in excellent condition with an extra genuine IWC strap, box, and all papers.

Good - the watch shows signs of wear that would be typical for a watch of its age. The watch is in good condition, but it may have some scratches associates with normal wear and tear.
Fair - the watch has been worn heavily. It shows slightly more wear relative to other watches of the same vintage.
