eRelyx recently conducted an online survey to better understand the buying habits and preferences of luxury watch consumers. Our goal was to understand where luxury watch consumers are and are not buying and selling luxury watches and the reasoning behind their choices.
While there a several takeaways from the survey results, one in particular stands out – REPUTATION IS KEY.
It’s not particularly surprising, but it certainly re-iterates what we have said all along: Buy the retailer/seller first and the watch second.
